 Summer, 2003: David's brother Chris gets married to Priscilla. They settle in New York City where Chris teaches college English and Priscilla works for Citigroup. |
 Summer, 2003: Awesome Colorado pals, Therese and Charlie visit us and we take them to Haystack Rock on the Oregon Coast. |
 Summer, 2003: Meghan and David join the All Star Flying-Feet Superteam and complete a running relay from Mt. Hood to the Coast of Oregon. |
 David runs in circles on the Hood to Coast while teamates, for some reason, seem to encourage him. |
 Meghan displays perfect form on the H2C (Note: Heavy team support in moving van blaring music out open door while Meghan runs contributes to perfect form).

 Fall, 2003: Meghan and David also ran the Portland Marathon together in October. Well, they ran the first half together, and then David caught up to Meghan at the finish line, 30 minutes later!

 Winter, 2003: Meghan's brother Rob and his wife Jo, brought their baby, Halle, to Portland for a visit. Here, Rob does some light backpacking.

 Portland had a crazy snow storm that shut down the city for the week the Halle visited. That's cool, Aunt Meg got to play with her in the snow.
