Biography
	Meghan Fatras was born and raised in Chatham, NJ and still lives there today with her husband, Francois, daughter, Kimberleigh, and  two demon cats, Clifford and Poe.  Although she has been writing for as long as she can remember, she's only recently started writing for publication.  In the last year she has had several short stories and poems published.  Her writing is mainly in the horror and dark fantasy genres, but she has also written a children's picturebook manuscript and nonfiction reviews, articles, etc.  Like many struggling writers, she has a day job.  She works as a writer and editor for an employment law/human resources publishing company.  She is also currently working on her first novel.      Meghan is a member of both the Garden State Horror Writers and the Horror Writers Association.  She was also the editor and publisher of the now defunct Morbid Musings webzine.  She is currently an assistant editor at Flesh and Blood Magazine.  She just published her own chapbook, "A Dark and Twisted Journey" which is available through the site.       When not writing, Meghan is busy running after her seven-year-old daughter, painting ceramics, watching horror movies, reading her favorite authors (Joe Lansdale, Dean Koontz, and Edgar Allan Poe, just to name a few), bidding on eBay, and hanging around way too many message boards.  There's never a dull moment and she likes to keep herself busy, but feel free to email her and say hello!      She'd like to add a special thanks to the writers who helped her get off her butt and continue to motivate and inspire her, Mary SanGiovanni, Brian Keene, and J.D.
