Ancient Ones and Old Ones
and Ones who've come Before,
Your path is mysterious to me.
I once knew its secrets and joys,
but I tried to follow a newer path.
I seek to learn your wonderful ways
once more to find the way to myself
and a peacefulness in my soul.

to hold them near to my side.

with a past I can't remember.
My soul has brief moments
of clarity and rememberances.
