This page is all about my favorite sport, trampoline!!!!!!!!!! It says some of the moves and how to do them. |
TUCK JUMP: Jump straight into the air and tuck your knees up to your chest. Keep your back straight and grab onto your shins. Before you land on the trampoline again, straighten your body out. |
PIKE JUMP: Jump straight into the air and pull up your legs at the same time so that they are parrellel to the trampoline. Touch your toes and straighten your body before you land. |
STRADDLE JUMP: Jump straight into the air and pull up your legs so they're parellel to the trampoline. Straddle your legs to a ninety or greater degree angle and touch your toes. Straighten your body before you land. |
DOGGIE DROP: Jump into the air and land on the trampoline on your hands and knees. Bounce up and pull yourself to a straightened position and land on your feet. |
STOMACH DROP: Jump into the air, keeping your body straight, and land flat on your stomach with your elbows out and hands flat. Push back up, keeping straight, and land on your feet. |
BACK DROP: Jump straight into the air and land flat on your back with your legs pointing upwards at a ninety degree angle. Push yourself back up and land on your feet. |

SEAT DROP: Jump straight into the air and land on your bum with your legsand hands flat on the trampoline and your upper body stiil pointing upward. Push up and land on your feet. |
CRASH DIVE: Dive forward into the tramp, but at the last second, continue flipping and land in a back drop. Continue pushing upward and land on your feet. |
SWIVEL HIPS: Jump up and land in a seat drop. From there, push up into a half twist and land in another seat drop. Don't land on your feet yet. Push upward and land o your feet. |
TURN TABLE: Jump straight up and land on the trampoline in a stomach drop. Push upwords and do a half twist. But don't land on your feet yet!!! Land on the trampoline once more in a stomach drop and push to your feet. |
CRADDLE: Jump straight up and land in a back drop. Push up and do a half twist. Don't land on your feet yet!!! Land on the trampoline once more in another back drop and push up to your feet. |
CORKSCREW: It is the exact same as a craddle, but instead of doing a half twist to your back, you do a one-and-a-half twist to your back. Pusk back up tto your feet. |
