Using a cosmetic brush or your toothbrush, paint the strawberry paste on your teeth and let sit on teeth for 5 minutes. 3. Mix 1 teaspoon of the baking soda and the cream of tartar into the cup of water. Swish this mixture around in your mouth. 4. Brush your teeth with the teaspoon of plain baking soda. 5. Pour yourself a glassful to enjoy. 3. Apply the remainder to your face, massaging gently into the skin. Allow mask to remain on for several minutes before rinsing with warm water. 4. | Pina Colada Bath Okay, I know it sounds funny. But if you want to immerse yourself in the Hawaiian Islands, this almost edible bath will do it. Ingredients: 1 can pineapple rings 1 can of coconut milk 1 Envelope Powdered Milk Evaporated Soy milk Combine one can of coconut milk (minus two tablespoons) and one envelope or two cups of powdered milk in a tub of warm water. Float the pineapple rings on top of the water. The fruit smells fantastic and the milk both softens the skin and calms the nerves. (Bonus: Make yourself a healthy smoothie from the rest of the ingredients. Use the juice that remains from the pineapple rings, along with two tablespoons of coconut milk and 1/2 cup of soy milk blended with ice.) |
| Fried Hair Conditioner 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup honey 1 beaten egg Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until just boiling. Remove immediately from heat and let cool. Pour into a plastic spray bottle and spray on the ends of hair while wet. Wrap a warm, wet towel around hair and leave for one hour. Shampoo the mixture out of your hair two times, rinse and dry as usual. Mixture should be stored in a cool place. |
