There are Pekes who have made an impact on my kennel and are very special. They are not Champions in the ring but are certainly Champions in my heart and in my life. This page is dedicated to them.
Pocket is a beautiful boy who went Best in Sweeps at the Texas Specialty as a puppy. He showed like a trouper and had 10 points, with a major, when he hurt his shoulder and was pulled from the ring. He developed a limp and his show career ended through no fault of his own. His pedigree is below showing a wonderful line of champions behind him, including Ch Kalafrana Jay's Joseph at Toydom as his sire. He is now a "tough" little boy who's job in the yard is to keep cows from the fence!

This was my little Sara Jane. She was a beautiful black and silver lady. My heart still aches when thinking of her short life of only two years. She is an example of the health problems we can encounter with these fragile little ones. She had an enlarged heart that wouldn't hold all of the love and life she had. She lives forever in my heart.
Skeeter was the litter brother of Checkers, on the champions page. He was a loving little boy, who's joy in life was to sit and cuddle. He is also now waiting for me over the bridge. He left me with many wonderful memories and love for him.
This is Cricket, who decided at an early age that a career in the ring was not her destiny. She refused to walk and preferred to show the judge her little belly, by rolling on her back in the ring. So with her wonderful pedigree, she was bred to Ch Meiy Elegant Design Bi Annie and produced two litters of three party babies and two fawns. She is the dam of Ch Meiy Friday Nite Road Party. Two of her parties, Emma and Harley are in the ring now and can be seen on the LatestNews page. One more is off stage waiting to show. She has proven to be a wonderful little mama.
