My recipe for Hamonado is simple.. |
|

Beef or Pork will do, select meaty part with some fat. |

|
Slice about 1 centimeter thick, a long and slim sharp knife is the ideal for cutting. |

try first for 1/2 kilo, |

|
4 medium hotdogs, |
|
|
quail eggs, |
|
|
roll 1 hotdog plus 2-4 quail eggs into meat, |

|
