My suggestion is Labour Intensive procedure. Select your meat, pork, beef, Lamb (tupa), goat, chicken. start w/ 1/2 or 1 kg. with few bones, of spare ribs. 100 grams tomato sauce. 1 pc. Red bell pepper (siling pula) 2 medium potatoes. 3 pcs. red hot chillis (labuyo) add if you like spicy. black pepper powder 1/2 tspoon. 2 medium onion 10 cloves garlic 3 small boxes raisins. 1 small can of garbansos 1/2 small cup vinegar. 1/2 small cup water 1/2 tspoon salt. 6 tbspoon catsup (jufran) Start the cooking: |

WARNING: DO NOT USE ALUMINUM MATERIALS - this has chemical reactions with ascorbic acid ingredient of vinegar and will mess-up the taste) mix water n vinegar add salt black, pepper powder n 4 cloves garlic place in kettle (use stainless) then boil till meat is 80 percent cook. Meanwhile, crushed the remaining garlic, then sliced onion (fine), slice red bell pepper lengthwise making 8 pcs, slice potato making one into 4 then fry to cook, set aside potato and drain garbanzos. When the boiling meat is close to cooking, heat a cooking pan, saute garlic when close to being golden brown add onion, then add red hot chillis add meat stir and mix seemer for 5 minutes, add tomato sauce mix, add fried potato and garbanzos, you can add the remaining stock from boiled meat (the vinegar and water w/ few ingredients) so it is not so dry, seamer for 3-5 mins. take extra care that it may stick in the bottom. add red bell pepper, add catsup.
