BEEF LIVER STEAK | |||||||||||||||
It is recommended to freeze first the Liver before cooking it, overnight is suggested. Why ? Ask your doctor. | |||||||||||||||
1/2 kg liver (beef), slice at 5 mm thick size to suit you (or about 3 x 3 inch) 2 medium Lemon or 6 tbspoon calamansi juice. 2 large red onions. cut into ring shape. few dash black pepper. 4 tbspoon dark soya sauce ( Toyo) 3 tbspoon cooking oil Mix all ingredients EXCEPT Onions and oil mix properly. Marinate liver for minimum of 1 hr. cook all in frying pan at medium heat, cover till almost dried. Drain the remaining liqud and set aside, then fry the liver to your desired texture. pour the remaining liquid, and add oil and onions continue to fry till the onions are half done. Done, and serve with rice or fresh vegetable salad. |
