For a start. (increase proportion as you deemed necessary)
1/2 kg. meat (pork) cut to 3/4 x/34 inch. you can use beef if you want.
1/2 kg. liver of which meat you will going to cook. cut to cubes as meat
100 grams Green peas drained.
4 pcs sausage, hotdogs or beef franks, fried then cut as meat,
1 medium carrot cut to cubes as meat fried to medium.
1 medium potato. cut to cubes fried.
100 grams tomato sauce.
75 grams raisins
6 cloves garlic crushed and finely chopped.
2 medium onions, finely sliced.
1/2 tspoon black pepper powder.
1/2 tspoon salt
1 tbspoon sugar (optional)
2 pcs siling labuyo (optional)
To cook, first you have to boil meat and liver. (We call this process in Kapampangan "Bangli".) DO NOT USED ALUMINUM MATERIALS. Add 1/2 cut water, 1/3 cup vinegar, 1/2 tbspoon salt mix all, add 2 cloves garlic. Then boil for about 15 minutes or till 50 percent done.
While boiling, sauté garlic close to golden brown, and onion in a 4 tbspoon cooking oil, then add black
pepper, wait till onions half done, then all meat and liver, do not include yet the stock
(or pinag-banlian). Mix then simmer until 70 percent done, add tomato sauce, then mix properly, simmer for
about 5 minutes. add potato, carrots, sausage, and other ingredients, simmer occasionally stirring. Add sugar if desired. usually salt will be enough during boiling.
