SISIG NA TAINGA NG BABI...

CHILL 1 LITRE OF COGNAC BEFORE PREPARING!!!!!

Prepare, Tainga ng Baboy about 2 pcs. clean. (more if you want) 

Boil in 1 1/2 liter water with 1 tspoon salt and black pepper crushed, cook till tender (do not over cook) slice into small pcs. pahaba na minipis

2 large lemon or 20 pcs. calamansi.
2 medium red Onions
3 tbspoon vinegar (datu puti)
1/2 tspoon black pepper
4 siling labuyo, cut finelly (add more if you like spicy)
4 pcs thumb size ginger (crushed and finelly chopped)

Lagay sa bowl ang tainga, then add lemon and vinegar,
add all ingredients, mix well, then salt to taste. Refrigerate 1 hr.
before serving.
