It is so easy to change the dct4 imei , below is the instructions
1)Change up your phone UEM
2)Replace it with a new UEM
3)Plug in the dongle into your computer
4)Plug in the 9 volt adapter into your dongle
5)Plug in the cable into your phone
6)Open the program and select which imei number you like
It is so easy and simple
You can get the UEM chips from me it is cheap i sell it at 2usd only.
Note:When write in the imei please hold your cable contact with the phone tightly if not your uem maybe will damage.
