Willie,just your typical nerd who has no friends or girlfriend.He then uses a golem for revenge when he finds out the girl (Blade) he likes,is just toying with him.Willie,uses the golem on Blade's boyfriend , Nelson for revenge.During his first fight against Batman,Willie gets a shock while using the Golem and then gets the ability to control the robot with his mind.The end,Willie loses his temper or should we say mind?He forces the Golem to fight Nelson, Batman and his own father, who always considered him as a failure.Well,at the end we see him watching tv with a bunch of lunatics,one of the prisoners ask him to change the channel,but instead blows the tv screen up!Kinda scary.
Bruce,had to battle them as Batman in the past.Now, the new Batman must take this gang down.They form a very aristocratic gang, a group of high-educated terrorists whose sins are always linked to playing cards. The group consisters of is King ,Queen,Jack ,and Melanie.Melanie,part of the Royal Flush Gang or Ten we could say falls in love with Terry (Aka Batman) after Terry and Dana have a fight at a dance which she sees and takes advantage of it by hitting on Terry (you go girl!:P) We see all of them get arrested at the end.That isn't the end of them though,we see this Card Gang in Once Burned episode and King's Ransom episode (their final episode?).Melanie,leaves Terry a note though at the end of Once burned episode.
Powers hire's Inque,an amorphous blob to mess things up at Foxteca industries so that Powers will have full rights to build a space station for the government.This villianess is quite dangerous and was pretty good competition against Batman in fights.Though,in a later episode with Inque,Bruce managed to hold off,Inque,long enough for,Aaron,to free Batman,who breaks open a glass ceiling and let the rain wash Inque away.Your see more of this unique villianess in more episodes.The episode, Inqueling,her shadowy past is revealed.We also find out she has a daughter,Deanna Clay,in Inqueling!
Derek Powers,is one of the most powerful men in Gotham.He owns Wayne-Powers.The corrupt leader would go to any level to get his way.Though,after his first encounter the Bats(Batman..heh)that all changed his life.Derek,was exposed to toxis gas.The scientists barely saved him,but he lived.He became in a horrific state and glowed with radioactive energy.Thus,he became Blight.He covers his horrific appearence with fake skin that makes him appear normal.Derek,still maintains his job.Also,Derek,I think murdered Terry's dad with that virus.Personally,I think he makes a good villian.
