| Nash trucks |
| I have had two pairs of these. They are like your ordinary aluminum alloy trucks. I broke my first pair in about 4 weeks. My friend had a pair from an old nash board that were steel. These are lighter than my broken trucks. I don't know if you can get these anymore. They look kind of like grind kings. |

| Independent trucks |
| These may be well built but man, they are really heavy. I can barely get a kickflip out of it. I haven't skated with these that much because they belong to my friend. He's had them for i think, five years. He's gone through four decks and two pairs of wheels. These trucks just don't brake. |
