SEDATIVE: chamomile, valerian, poppy, primerose
SORE THROAT: sage, thyme
STUFFED & SORE NOSE: dill, lavender, St. John's Wort
TOOTHACHE: marjoram
FEVER: basil, lemon, sage, thyme (if that fails, take aspirin or tylenol. It is proven to reduce temperature, and help bring down a fever because of the asecacylic acid [originally found in willow bark] in it)
COLDS: lemon, chicken noodle soup (no joke, it really works!)
COUGH: jasmine
