| Reviewer: Usagi Date: June 26, 2003 Amount Read: Graphic Novels 8 and 9 ....... soon to be more, 'cuz Kamui told me too. Review: X/1999! It is all time best Manga/Anime series of all time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like it more than Card Captor Sakura! And Card Captor Sakura has Yue in it!!!!! So that means a lot!!!!!!!! So, anywho....back to the review....... X is really cool. It is drwn by the CLAMP animation crew and was also drawn in the shojo style, giving it the coolest look ever! Think of it......a bloody scene that looks so gruesome and amazingly beautiful at the same time........the apocalypse has never looked this good! I love X/1999, it just soooooooooooo pretty....it also doesn't hurt that it has some very bishie type guys in it......... Oh well............................ EVERYONESHOULDREADX/1999BECAUSEIT'SGOODFORYOU!!!! ::gasp::ANDBECAUSEITISWAYCOOLANDI'LLEATYOUIFYOUDON'T!!!!!!!! |

| Reviewer: Zyra Date: February 14, 2004 Amount Read: Graphic Novels 8 and 9 Review: So far this has been the only manga I have read. It however kicked ass. I have only read 2 of them and it was in the middle of the series too. I think I read 8 and 9 but I can't remember which ones they were. Chystle lent them to me. Sorry my review's rather lame, but it's been a while since I read them and I can't remember too much about it. I remember that a girl was hacked to pieces and that a boy crucified his own sister and started making out with his old friend, who happened to be in love with the guys sister. Also there was a city or school that was in the shape of a pentagram. It was cool. |
