It seems as if I have been friends with Nicole my entire life, although I suppose it has only been since 6th grade. Nicole and I kept up a friendship although we haven't been in the same school or location for quite some time. She is my Girl Scout buddy and we worked as day camp counselors together. Nicole graduated from UF (boo Gators!) with a Masters in Education and is teaching elementary school in Tampa. She lives with her husband Doug and their cat Koda! I was her matron of honor in her wedding in June 2006!
Liz and I met our first year at Florida Southern College through a mutual friend, and have been linked ever since! After roomming together for 3 years we know each other better than just about anyone and are still as close as ever. Liz is an admissions coordinator at Univeristy of North Florida and is working towards her Masters in Public Administration!
What can I say about Stacey?!?! Stacey and I officially met during my 7th grade year and then re-met and became friends 2 years later. We have so many inside jokes it is unreal! She is my lemming :) Stacey graduated from UF with a Masters of Physical Therapy and lives outside Chicago with her husband Matt!
I met Monica my Junior year at FSC but we didn't really become good friends until she became our suitemate in my Senior year. We had so much in common we just clicked - and I have never met anyone else who loved to blow off studying and go shopping as much as we did! Monica works as an elementary school teacher and is working towards her Masters in Education!
Nicole and I crossed paths for a while before really becoming friends during our Senior year at FSC. We were involved in a lot of the same organizations on campus and she lived next door to us. Nicole is working at FSC as an admissions counselor and is working towards her Masters in Education. She is happily married to Dirk and they have 2 dogs - Sammy and Sadie!
Jordan has been a family friend for quite some time. He is kinda like an "adopted brother!" :) He lives in his hometown in St. Louis. He has a MBA from Rollins and is currently working at MasterCard. His boyfriend, Matt, also lives in St. Louis and will be starting a PhD program very soon!
Shannon is one of my cousins-in-law! After Jason and I were married, Shannon decided to move up to Altamonte into a complex right next to us! We try to hang out often and even spent New Years together with her then-fiance Jeff in Myrtle Beach. She is an elementary school teacher in the area with her dog, Hallie. Jeff and Shannon were married in October 2006 and Jason and I were both in the wedding party!
