~Seasonal Pageantry~

Directorship for each area:

There is a contract fee required for one year contract renewable each year at a discounted price.

Fee required if you need forms made up and copied for you: depending upon how many pages. We provide masters for all judging and auditing.

It is the directors responsibility to give "state competition" entry forms out to each division winner from each pageant held.

Entry form mail outs ( One form will be sent to you for a sample ) and photo's are the directors responsibility. Taxes must be paid to the charter organization after each pageant held ( 8.25 %) on all fees and ticket sales. The taxes then become the responsiblity of the charter organization for all Texas directorships.(Contract shall be revoked and charges filed if taxes are not paid within 2 weeks after pageant date). Other state directorships must obtain a tax # (and report it to the charter org.) and pay the required amount of taxes for that state.

Any changes in judges and auditors sheets must be first approved by the charter organization.

If you have an idea for a "new" pageant it must be approved before being held

System is based on:

beauty- 45%: facial beauty, poise, eye contact and overall appearance on stage

personality- 45%: this is the contestants behavior on stage

fashion- 10%: fit, style and overall appearance and whether it conforms to the theme of that particular pageant: 4th of July pageant: patriotic + swimwear ( does not have to be patriotic...two pieces allowed with directors approval..no bikinis), Autumn-Fest: back to school wear or autumn colored outfits (must be able to wear to school), Christmas: Christmas wear + Christmas costume (reindeer, santa, mrs. clause, etc.) Winterfare attire- winter sportswear, Rodeo: Western Wear (anything goes...no glitz or high glitz either one) PAGEANT ATTIRE MAY BE SIMPLE OR GLITZ (judged on how it looks on the child)
