Nash Bridges wasn't cancelled....it just moved into cyber space.

Rules of the game...

For any future new members, and to refresh the memories of our
current members, here's how the Interactive Story works and a few
guidelines to make things go smoothly:

· A story starter will be posted.  Someone takes the story from
there and posts the next part.  And so on, and so on.  You can post as little as a few sentences or as much as a page or so.
But please, no back to back posting.

· Please try to match your writing style with that established
in the story starter.  For example, if the story starter is written
in story form, when you write your part…don't use a script format.

· When you write dialogue…if you don't use descriptives to set
up for the dialogue, then use 'he said', 'she asked', 'he demanded',
etc.  Don't use a script format, such as-Harvey:  "I'm going
to lunch."  That means I have to go in at the end and change all
that, to make it all flow together.

· To make things move along a little easier, please use "dibs"
posts when you want to take a crack at the next part.  When posting, please put "Part # (whatever)" in the subject line.

· Please, no Mary Sues.  Don't know what a Mary Sue is?  Mary
Sue-ism is where the author writes her/him self into the story as a
character.  Mary Sue (or Billy Joe) is smarter, faster, stronger and
braver than our show characters and gets things done in half the
time.<VBG>  With so many people contributing to the IAs...
I'm afraid that wouldn't work.(LOL)

· Also, no killing off of canon characters.  Canon refers to
the show "law".  Canon characters are those regular, or semi-regular characters from a show, movie, book, etc.  In our case: Nash, Joe, Harvey, Evan, Rachel....etc.  Canon also refers to the timeline as well.  That means having certain characters only sticking to the actual events in the show's history.  For instance, having Rachel and Evan together in a story goes against canon and the story is, therefore, referred to as alternate universe...

I don't care if we strictly stick with canon timeline.  We have a
diversity where the characters are concerned…some prefer using Rachel and Antwon, some prefer using Evan.  I have no problem with Rachel and Evan sharing space in our stories, but having Antwon and Evan together doesn't really work.  In my humble opinion, anyway.  You can even throw in Bryn, Michelle, or Caitlin if we're using Evan.
