3 WISHES and Special Guests: NOCTURN
Around 9 pm the Marquee opened the doors and many people who were ready to party on a
Thursday evening came in and went to the bar to get some drinks and wait for the show to
begin. Half an hour later the opening band NOCTURN started to play. In country style they
gave us great southern rock and the party started! In the meantime the club was very
crowded and you could feel it getting warmer and warmer. At about 10.30 pm it was finally
time for 3 WISHES to enter the stage. The room was dark and through the boxes you could
hear the rumbling noise of a roller coaster, screams, cow moohs and mixed in
the background you realized some sounds of 3 Wishes songs... After this exciting intro a
firework exploded on both sides of the stage and the guys started with Electic
Bullride, one of their new songs (not to mix up with the title of the CD! This song
is not included!). What a start! Couldn`t be better! The audience was thrilled and the air
was hot! The first people started dancing and headbanging in front of the stage and you
could see that everybody had fun. They went straight to the next song that was 3
Wishes, followed by Psycho Love, also new and very groovy and
Spellbound. The first chance to come down a bit was the ballad Like
Father Like Son, also one of their new songs with a wonderful keyboard intro. The
first time I got my legs under control and I took this to get a nip from my beer. My
throat was dry and my skin wet. Now I was prepared for Love Can Wait and
Never The Same. During One Of Those Days (the rock `n
roller) a bra in tiger style flew on stage and with a big smile Michi, the guy on 6
strings, placed it at his microphone. After Black and White they left the
stage, but the people where shouting for more. So the band had no other chance to get back
to give some more... Life Is Pure and High On Love finished this
fantastic show and another surprise was the final fireworks. What can I say? With 3 WISHES
some new stars entered the Rock `n Roll heaven. Thank you guys for this excellent show!
