An hour later they were all sitting down for breakfest, gulping down good ol' American breakfest food. "Gawd, I love this. I haven't had french toast and bacon in forever!" Trinity said through her food, scrafing it down. She had to laugh, cause she knew she was being very unlady like. She was worse than a man. Well at least, Angel Lin was. She always ate like this, always on the go. Trinity wanted to slow down but couldn't. She would only let her hand leave the fork when she had to push up her glasses, than she would just go back into eating. The guys were looking at her with wide eyes. It was now just the six of them, for the guys' girlfriends left late last night. "Damn girl, you act like you haven't eaten in years!" Brian exclaimed, watching her. She looked up at him for a split second, than just shrugged, looking down back at her food. She heard chuckling and more conversation resumed.
By the second hour, they were all settled comfortably on the airplane in first class that was taking them to Germany. Trinity was sitting next to A.J. and across from them was Kevin and Howie. To the right of them was Nick and Brian, hovering over a gameboy. Kevin had his face buried in what looked like a physics book. She shook her head slightly, why's he reading that?! She wondered. Howie was skimming through a "Better Homes and Gardens" magazine that had been set out on a table in the first class section. A.J. was staring out the window, looking deep in thought, and she just couldn't help but stare right back at Kevin. He looked so intent reading his Physics book, so interested...yuck...she knew she could never read all that. She always hated school. Never did good it in either. She felt movement next to her, and A.J. shifted whispering in her ear. "Oh I know, shocked about Kevin and his little book huh? Well he's basically what you see, the responsible, boring, father type. He loves to read crap like that." "I just can't believe it, I wouldn't even be able to get through the first page of that thing before falling asleep." I whispered back, still looking at him. He didn't even look up even though A.J. and I BOTH had our eyes on him.
He's so...smart. So...man...he's full of surprises. She remembered when she first met him, she didn't even give him much thought. Her first impression was "What a yuppy." She would have never dreamed of wanting to take this man, and screw his brains out. So much lust...She figured sleep was a much needed necessity right now, for she knew she had bags under her eyes and her stomach was really uneasy from gobbling down her food so fast. She pulled her seat back, and curled up into a little ball, putting her hands under her head, and closed her eyes. I'll just sleep all the way there...

A week later...
"Thank you! Enjoy the rest of the concert!" Trinity shouted, running off the stage with another huge smile on her face. That was so great, what a rush. She thought for the millionth time since she started the whole charade. She walked down to her dressing room, just as the guys came out of theirs. "Hey, how'd it go?" "It went good, as usual. No slip ups. Although, when I was dancing, I almost fell on my butt, but I caught myself just in time." "Oh I'm sure the fans would have gotten a kick out of that." Kevin said, with a grin. She looked at him, and returned his grin with a smile. He was looking at her, and his eyes seemed to flicker a little. "What?" She wondered, looking down at herself. "Am I really THAT sweaty?" She asked, looking up at him. He just shook his head, no. Looking away and adjusting his vest. "Well good luck guys, have fun!" She said, as they waved absently to her, walking away towards the stage, still fiddling with their vests.
"We saw that Kevin." "What, huh?" Kevin said, looking up at the guys, his eyes wide with confusion. "Saw what?" "The way you were eyeing Trinity. You looked like you wanted to jump her right than." Nick said. "Your crazy." Kevin said in defense, looking at all of them. "Its okay man, you can admit it. You got a thing for her. We all saw it when we first met her, and than the party, and ever since than, you've been sneaking peeks at her, thinking no one was looking." Brian told him. "Ok, your ALL crazy." He said, pushing past them, walking towards Donna. "Dude, its okay man. Cause she's got it bad for you too!" A.J. called after him. He pretended to ignore them, and started talking to Donna. But A.J.'s words lingered in his head.
"Man dude, I think those two need to hook up. They both need to seriously get some action." Nick said, tieing his shoe. "I hate to say it Nick, but your right. Last week, I ended up falling asleep in Trinity's room, and I heard her talking in her sleep. She was moaning and calling out Kevin..at first I thought she said the name "Neils" but than I was pretty sure she said Kevin." A.J. explained. "Whoa man! You slept with Trinity!" Brian exclaimed, a little TOO loud cause heads turned. "What! Bri! No! No way dude. I came to her room to watch movies, and I fell asleep next to her. Nothing went on with us. You sick pervert." A.J. said. "But still, wow, a guy like you, I figured you didn't know how to just sleep in a bed with a girl." Brain told him. "Oh gee thanks man. That sure says a lot about me." "Sorry, but hey ya know." Brian apologized with a shrug. "Well whatever, lets just warm up real quick and get out there."

A few hours later on Trinity's bus...
"Hey Randy, how about me and you go make a stop at Wendy's or something. My treat!" Trinity said, coming up to her driver who was sitting down in a chair, laying back, reading a magazine. He looked up at her, his bright red hair wild with his curls. "First of all, its You and I, not me and you, and second of all, don't you want to wait for the guys to get done with the concert? They'll be out in like, 5 minutes." "I know, but I'm starving for some french fries, and plus, I'm with the guys all the time. I need a break, plus we're gonna be stuck with each other on this bus for a few more months and we might as well hang out some more. So than I can have someone to talk to." "We talk anyway." Randy put in. "I know I know, just...come on? Please?" Trinity said, kneeling in front of him. "I can't believe your begging me!" Randy said with a laugh. "You do know, I'm the driver, and you can basically tell me to take you wherever you want and I can't say anything." "Oh. I can?" Trinity said, her eyebrows raised. He laughed, and got up. "Yep, but hey. If you want to do it this way, thats fine by me." He got into the drivers seat, starting the engine. "Wendy's it is!" He told her, and drove off.
15 minutes later, Randy and Trinity were sitting down across from each other in a local Wendy's munching on their meal. "So how are you and the guys getting along? It seems like a big improvement from before." Randy asked her. "Pretty good actually. A.J. and Howie are the ones I'm really close to. Brian's a good guy, but we don't really hang out. And Nick, well Nick doesn't like me very much. His attitude hasn't changed very much since the beginning." "And what about Kevin?" "Well I don't know, what about Kevin?" She asked him. "Do you guys get along?" "I guess so." She couldn't very well blurt out she had a small thing for him, okay, a big thing. Randy was about to say something, but he was interuppted by shrieks. "Oh my god!" Trinity looked up to see three girls running towards their table. "Your Trinity Edwards!" Randy and her looked shocked. Trinity was in sweats, and had washed off all her make-up, and they still reconized her. She realized she didn't have her glasses on. She had forgotten them in the bus. Thats why they reconized her. Those frames really did give her a change. She wondered if Randy had realized she had forgotten to put them on. She looked at them again, and put her best smile on her face. "Yes, I am. What can I do for you?" "What's it like touring with the Backstreet Boys?" "Yes, do you talk with them?" "Are you guys friends?" "We love your music! Your a really good singer!" Questions and comments were thrown at her wildly. Jesus Christ, this is crazy. For the next half hour she spent answering questions and talking.
"I can't believe that! Man!" Trinity said, irratation in her voice. She held tightly on the white rose they had given her to give to Nick, and the big plush Panda Bear for Kevin. "That's what they go through everyday of their lives. If the guys can do it, you can. You'll get use to it." She just nodded, walking onto the bus. "Lets get back to the hotel, Donna and Carol are probably worried." |
