"Donna! Whats going on? Why are you packing???" Brian wondered, watching his manager rush around her hotel room. Her door had been wide open when he walked by and saw her crazily throwing things into her half-full suitcase. "Er...I'm leaving." She simply responded, hesistation dripping from her voice. "Where could you be going? We have a big show to do tommorow...its one of the biggest we've ever done.." Brian told her. "I KNOW Brian, I understand this. Something incredibly big came up and I'm leaving back for the states." Donna said. She snapped her suitcase shut and quickly straightened any mess she made out. She stopped in her tracks and looked at Brian's expression. He looked somewhat...lost. "Oh don't fret Bri, Johnny will still be here. You know very well he can handle anything." Donna assured him. "Well thats not it. Thats not it at all. I know Johnny can handle everything. I'm just really curious to why your leaving so sudden. It's like...something terrible has happened, and I'm pushing because somethings telling me something bad is gonna happen." Brian confessed.
Donna sighed at his sincerity. She set her suitcase down, and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Brian, you are so sweet...you don't need to worry about anything. I'll be back tommorow evening in time to see the show, don't worry about it." Brian smiled slightly, and nodded. "Well, why don't you tell the others to meet down at the lobby in ten minutes. I have something important to tell you all, and I need everyone there." They left the room, and went their seperate ways.

The loud pounding on Trinity's/Angel's door stopped her from packing as she ran over to her door and opened it. Donna pushed past her in a hurry and slammed the door behind them. "C'mon Tri-er...Angel. We need to hurry this up. Our flight leaves in an hour and its gonna take at least twenty minutes to get there." "I'm doing the best I can. I'm almost done with the packing." Angel told her. "Listen for a minute Angel." Donna told her, making Angel stop in her tracks. "You don't have to tell the boys anything and I think its best you don't. We want a good, clean leave. I'm having all the boys meet down in the lobby to say goodbye. We're going to tell them you have a family emergency back in the states and its mandatory you show up. They'll understand that. When I come back I'm going to tell them you won't be finishing the tour with us because your on leave or whatever. Just leave the excuses to me and Johnny." Donna explained. Angel gulped at this. Her heart was tearing into a million pieces the more she thought about leaving. She knew bonding was a bad idea. But she couldn't prevent it. Visions of Kevin kept popping in her head and how sweet he had been, and A.J. lingered rapidly there as well. The passionate nights of heated sex they experienced would never leave her.
She couldn't believe she was thinking this, but she would give anything for just one more week on tour. She loved the performing, the new friends she made, and new things she tried. It was so much more fun than sitting behind a desk most of the day. But she knew they would have to leave. She'd have to leave Trinity Edwards behind now. That girl didn't exist any longer. Angel couldn't help but look at Donna's eyes as she furiously began throwing Trinity's clothes into her suitcase. They looked so full of fear. She was truly afraid something horrible was going to happen if they didn't get back to safety very soon. Angel realized that if Kane did know where they were, the boy's might be in danger.
"Donna what about everyone else though. If George was right, and he knows what I've been up to these past months and can't get to me maybe he might go after you, or Carol, or even...the guys. I couldn't let that happen." Angel told her as she rushed to her dresser drawer and pulled out her 9mm Para and stuffed it into her boot. She looked at Donna's expression and knew that she believed truly now that Angel was a full-blown experienced cop. All thoughts of Trinity now left her mind as she grabbed her closed suitcase and threw it against the door, and grabbed her duffell bag. "I don't know Angel, don't worry too much about it. We have bodyguards, whereas you don't. So we need you out of here fast. We got a few minutes to say our goodbyes than we're gone."
She nodded as they walked out of the hotel room and practically ran towards the lobby. Angel's heart leaped three times as she saw her five guys all lounging out on a couch, five or six bodyguards surrounding them. Angel couldn't contain herself any longer and dropped her things and ran towards them. The first one she met was the first who stood up, Howie. She threw her arms around him and hugged him tight. "Howie!" The other four stood up with confused looks on their faces. Angel bit her lip, trying to keep the tears from coming. She really softened up over these few months, and it could show. Neils would be most dissapointed to see this she knew. "Hey girl, what's wrong?" "She's leaving." Donna informed, coming up behind her. "WHAT!?!?!?" Loud shouts came from around, more from Kevin and A.J. than anyone else. "She has a family emergency back home." "Well, your coming back for the rest of the tour right?" Donna and Angel exchanged nervous glances at each other and luckily Angel didn't have to speak. "We're not sure about that yet."
The looks on the guy's faces made her want to cry. Even Nick looked a little upset, but she knew he was trying hard not to show it. He's probably wondering what the rest of the tour will be like without me er- Trinity. Angel thought. "Whats happening back at home?" Brian wondered, pushing past A.J. and Howie. Angel couldn't help but stay silent and stare at the floor. "It's personal Brian, now we need you to say your goodbyes quickly cause we're out of here in two minutes." Donna informed. It took a huge effort to lift her head and look up at the guys. Howie had a thoughtful and understanding look on his face, A.J. looked incredibly pissed, Brian was confused, Nick just stared into blank space, his expression unreadable, and Kevin...Kevin looked like the world had just collapsed around him. It was silent for a minute, than Nick broke the silence. He walked over to the small crowd. "Well, if she's leaving we better say goodbye than." He said, keeping a cool exterier. Angel couldn't help but look at him gratefully. He held out his hand and she shook it. A small smile appeared on her mouth. "Take care Trinity." With that, he broke away and sat back down. "I'm gonna miss you sweetie. We had an adventure." Howie said, pulling her into a tight bear hug. She laid her forehead on his shoulder, taking in the scent of his tresses which smelt like Herbal Esscenses. "Thanks Howie..."
They pulled apart and A.J. practically jumped her. He hugged her as if he would never get another chance. "Girl...I don't want you to go." He whispered out, his face buried into her neck. She rubbed his back. "I don't want to either. I'm gonna miss you so much, I'll never forget you," than she silently whispered in his ear with a small grin on her face. "Or what you showed me in bed either..." She heard him chuckle and saw his same lazy, A.J. smirk appear on his face as he stepped back. He ran a hand through his purple hair and let Brian pass. Brian hugged her and kissed her temple gently. "Your a great friend Trinity, keep in touch if you don't come back alright?" She nodded as he pulled away. That left...Kevin. He was standing off to the side, his hands in his pockets, staring at the ground. With a sigh she slowly walked over to him. He looked up at her as she approached. Gently she cupped his face with her hands and stared into those eyes...those beautiful big eyes. The world around her dissapeared once again, and it was just her and Kevin. He gently ran his hands down her arms.
"My hearts breaking..." Angel whispered to him. "Mine already is." He told her. With that, he pulled her into a huge hug. Burying his face into her shoulder. She gasped softly when she felt the wetness that came from his eyes. "I'm gonna miss you so much Trinity..." She stroked the back of his head, letting her fingers run through his short, spikey hair. He pulled back slightly and looked into her eyes. "Your not coming back, are you?" Kevin said, his eyes watery. She shook her "no" He looked like he was gonna breakdown right there. "Trin...please, Don't leave." Kevin begged. "I don't want to...but I have to. It's important..." "I have this horrible feeling, I'm not gonna see you ever again if you go, and there is so much I have to tell you and-" Angel cut him off by placing a finger over his lips. "Don't talk...Just kiss me." Their lips pressed tightly together, and Kevin pulled her body tightly into his. He shut his eyes so tight, praying to have this never end. Angel parted her lips, deepening their kiss. She could hardly enjoy the kiss knowing she had to leave in just a matter of seconds. She wanted to stay so much. Kevin pulled away from her lips and pressed his tightly against her cheek and than laid his chin on her head. "I love you..." He whispered out, causing Angel's eyes to widen. She looked up at him, her eyes searching his and they told her it was all true. "Miss watch out!!!" A huge forced pulled her away from Kevin and she toppled to the ground just as the screams started. |
