Julia just finished changing Danni's diaper when the doorbell rang. "Oh wow! I wonder who that could be!" Julia exclaimed softly to Danni, who giggled at Julia's wide eyes and big smile. "I bet I know who it is." Julia said, holding Danni against her hip and walking down the stairs of her new home. It was beauitful. The outside was made of brown bricks layered really nice, and the house had two bedrooms, and a bathroom. A spacious kitchen and back yard. There were two extra rooms, one she claimed as her office and the other was her living room. Everything seemed perfect. She got to stay home all day and take care of Danni. Her and A.J. were actually getting along, and she was hanging out with the other Backstreet Boys more often. Kevin and Brian were still a little hesistant towards her, but Nick and Howie really warmed up to her. She came especailly close to Howie, who was constantly coming over to help her with Danni. He was over more than A.J. was, which everyone knew bugged A.J., but no one let on about themselves knowing.
"You know what, I bet thats your daddy! Yes I do!" Julia receieve a happy coo as she said that. Julia opened her front door and indeed there was A.J., a bag in his hand, full of presents for Danni no doubt, and a bonquet of yellow roses. Julia stepped aside letting him in, greeting him with a smile. "Hey Julia, Hi Danni!" He exclaimed happily, making Danni squirm violently as she held her arms out for him. A.J. took her from Julia and held her close. "Man, she's getting more hair!" A.J. said in astonishment, staring at the blonde mop of hair that lay on top of his little girl's head. "Well yes, it's been three weeks since you last saw her, so a few things have changed here and there." A.J. nodded, still smiling. "Well actually, I haven't gotten a chance to come down, cause my new girlfriend Reiannah was keeping me busy. She took me to meet her parents, and actually is really anxious to meet Danni." "Oh really?" A.J. nodded in response. She had met Reiannah when she was at Howie's barbecue. She was a delightful person, with a good heart, and A.J. seemed to like her. He was really nice to her, and treated her right.
Julia picked up the bag of gifts, and the roses that A.J. had set on the table. "These for Danni?" Julia asked. "No actually, those are from Howie, to you." "Oh? Why on earth would Howie give me flowers?" A.J. just shrugged and walking into the living room. Julia followed aimlessly, and gently put the flowers on a recliner and sat down next to A.J. and Danni on the couch, setting the bag on the coffee table. "So how have you been?" A.J. asked, playing with Danni, tickling her, making her squeal. "Well, I've been feeling a little sick lately. I don't know, just nauseated. It must have been something I ate." A.J. turn his full attention to her for a moment. "Oh really? Have you checked into it?" A.J. asked. "No, I haven't. I figure it's only a little flu that's been going around." "Well maybe we should get you checked out, we don't need Danni catching anything." Julia just nodded. "I have an idea, why don't we take Danni out for dinner?" Julia liked the sound of that idea. "Sounds good, where?" "How about McDonalds?" "Oh not McDonalds...that food is too salty for Danni. How about Denny's?"
"Awww...Denny's??? I hate that place." A.J. said. "Ok well, anything but fast food." Julia said. "Okay, we'll go to Friendly's. That's a nice place, and I can get one of thsoe clown ice cream cones." "Whoa hey, those cones are only for kids though." Julia pointed out. "Hey I'm a kid at heart, and I have A kid. So it works." A.J. pointed out, trying to make a joke. "Right...Well let me get Danni's jacket, it's chilly tonight." A.J. nodded, telling her they would be in the car. Julia sighed expecting another fun-filled night with A.J. and Danni.
