Aztec Pyramids of the Ancient God's Nears Extinction

Mexico used to be very protective of its sacred and historical places, but in recent years they have been neglectful

UPDATE  November 7, 2004 Walmart finished their store and it is now open. This does not mean that the Aztec have lost their battle   against companies who want to develop on top of these most ancient pyramids. People around the world are uniting to prevent such practices. There must be a way to preserve the ancient ruins  for to lose them would be a one tragic mistake that can never be recovered.

I’m on a mission. At the Pittsburgh Three Rivers American Indian Pow Wow the Aztec dancer, from Mexico made a plea for his people's Teotihuacán Pyramid and  the sacred grounds that surround the ancient pyramids. The dancer’s name is Alberto Ortega. He explained that Walmart is going to build on the ancient grounds of the Aztec. He asked that everyone write or boycott Walmart. Alberto is going to write an article for melungeons.com. Can you inform all about this most disturbing situation? I feel that influential people such as you can make a difference in the outcome of these ancient historical grounds. Many people worldwide boycott Walmart because of all of the Mom and Pop businesses that they have decimated, plus there is a worldwide environmental impact.

According to Theodore Klein, the most magic place he has ever visited in his life is the Cuicuilco Pyramid, a pre-Aztec structure in Mexico City near the University. Mr. Klein said, "It is the oldest known structure in the New World and is also very unique, because is round. Mr. Klein said the Cuicuilco Pyramid is where he used to meditate. The land has been sold to a wealthy man, who is developing all around it."  The Cuicilo was a park for many years but the Pyramid is no longer accesible to the public. Theodore Klein is very familiar with the Teotihuacán structure and he has visited the pyramid many times.
