Stories.
I prefer to think of myself as a aspiring writer. Well, only in my moments of positive thinking, which are far and wide. My writing varies alot, as I let my mood swings and surroundings influence me on how to write.
Lord Commander Solar Macharius
Every man needs an hero, if only to use as an guideline for his life. I've let
my character be led by the scriptures and teachings of Macharius, one of the
greatest tacticians to have ever graced the Imperium. He captured over a
thousand worlds in less then ten years, elevating him into the status of Saint
after his death. The Macharian Cross, an award given to Officers with tactical
insight, is a sign of a great future with the general staff. Ergo, I couldn't go without a small homage to the new patron of the Imperial Guard.
The chronicles of Lt. Brookman.
And there is me. Or actually, an alternate me in the grim future of the forty
first millennium. It's pretty much the same, though some things have been
changed, otherwise it would be pretty boring as I would be an scribe or an pasty
faced clerk who only gets his joys from annoying people at his counter. No, I
have joined the Imperial Guard, along with everybody else that I know. (The more
the merrier!) As I am far from the ideal hero (You wont see me jump into an
burning building to rescue some puppy or dive at an enemy holding a gun pointed
at me) I still do what has to be done. I carry the rank of Lieutenant, which is
an nice rank with some responsibilty, but not that much.

Shorts.
Simple short stories which are meant to be short with little or no thought or
knowledge of the characters required. Most of these were written either with an sudden spark of insight or as an writing challenge. Where I was provided with an image and ordered to write an story about the image.
We are Cadians...
Inquisitorial Storm Trooper (Work in progress)
Base of Fire
Seraphim
Inquisitor themed.
Inquisitor is quite an interesting game setting. While I do not play it myself,
I hopefully will one day once I get my head around the advanced rules and
settings. Thanks to novels such as Eisenhorn and Ravenor did I see that it's not
all about battlefields filled with charges of death, people with their guts
lying out and you in the middle with a strangely wet spot in the groin section.
Nope, there are worlds out there untouched by war, worlds teeming with people.
Worlds that could still pose a serious threat, should they ever fall. Blah blah
blah. Exactly, boiling things down to the basics, it's simple: Inquisitor is not
about big battles, it's about everything behind the scenes. Think Marlon Brando
in "Noir". Or Robert Redfort from Three Days of the Condor". The
thing is, there are alot of cool things going on behind the scenes.
Chasers
My first official Inquisitor themed story. It's a short no brainer and aimed
at all action. Two operatives are dispatched to dispose of an informant that
talked too much to the wrong people. Enter two characters that have been
strongly influenced by the Hellsing - Crossfire characters.
Fantasy.
While I've mainly put my focus on the blasted future of Warhammer 40k, I've also become more and more attracted to the fantasy counter part created by Games Workshop. After reading such colourful novels such as Zavant (the sage-detective), Gotrek & Felix and the illustrious bounty hunter Brunner, I've been inspired to write atleast one story about the Old World. Though I still have to devise an title of some sort, the working title for now is sarcastically 'Who wants to live forever?'
An story involving alot of people I know, I somehow always seem to enjoy pulling those people in. Maybe I've got an sick mind, or I enjoy letting other people take the brunt in the stories. I don't kill them off or anything, nor do I humiliate them in such an fashion that would surely see me dead. It's just easier to use people that you know as characters.
Anyway, the story shall feature an colourfull cast of characters, an rich setting with an fitting story filled with plenty of action/carnage/story/*insert your desire here*. Expect an prologue plastered here soon!
