Blue Blazer
1 teaspoon or more of sugar
OR
1 tablespoon of honey
4 oz. warmed Scotch
3 oz. Bioling Water
Warm two 1/2 pint metal tankards or mugs. In one, dissolve the sugar or honey in the bioling water. Pour the Scotch into the other and light it. While it blazes, pour the Scotch back and forth from one mug to the other to create a continuous stream of fire. When the flame dies down, pour the liquid into a heated wine glass. Decorate with lemon or nutmeg. Be careful!!!
