Coconut Shell

3 oz. Light or Golden Rum
1 1/2 oz. Creme de Bannana
2 Large fresh Coconuts
3 oz. Crushed Ice

Drain the coconuts, saving the milk.  Scoop out the flesh, and mix it with the milk and other ingredients with 3 oz. Crushed Ice.  Blend at high speed.  If it is not liquid enough, add a little cream.  Serve in the cocnut shells.
