Dry Martini
1 whisper Dry Vermouth
3 oz. London Dry Gin
a dash of Orange Bitters (optional)
Lemon Zest
Stir with a lot of ice for no more than 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Squeeze on lemon zest.
1 whisper means less than a dash. Some people go so far as to only letting the shadow of the Vermouth bottle
fall across the Gin.
