How to Aviod a Hangover

1.  Got Milk?  Drink a glass before you go out to coat your stomach.

2.  Stick to Vodka based drinks.  Whiskey and Tequila have higher toxins which          
     contribute to hangovers.

3.  Take a Vitamin C tablet.  Vitamin C helps your bodyy rid  itself of toxins.

4.  Drink a lot of water.  Alcohol dehydrates you, which makes you feel sick and shakey.

5.  Know your limits.  If you are a responsible drinker, you'll never regret it the next day.

6.  Have a beer.  Don't ask why, but it works.  Have a beer when you get up.

7.  When you get up, eat bread and honey.  These will replace the fructose that you lost.

8.  To prevent dehydration, settle an upset stomach, and feed hunger, have a bowl of chicken noodle soup.

9.  Take an antacid or drink mineral water.  This will relieve heartburn caused by drinks.
