Sarah Harvey 1827 - 1886 born at Fowey, Cornwall and died at Ballarat. Stuart writes "Peter Samuel was decended from James Giles and Mary Thomas. Peter arrived in Aust in 1855. He returned to England to marry Sarah Harvey, then both returned Sep 1857 on the Commodore Perry, They moved to Little Bendigo at the Ballarat goldfields where he worked as a miner. In 1874 the family moved up to West Charlton where Peter was granted a selection of land. "Nerrina". | |
