Chibi-Usa -- Same date as Usagi. Her actual birthyear is unknown but she *is* 5 when she arrives to the 20th century when the Black Moon/Nega Moon chases after her. This though is ignoring the whole 900-some year old child thing that we hear about later on.
Chibi-Chibi -- I honestly have no idea. It's assumed that she's around one and a half to two years old because the majority of the time all she says is chibi-chibi. Then again, because she is the pure and ultimate form of Sailor Moon, the age-margin could be giving or taking 1,000 years.
