| Seminal Manc foursome who burst onto the scene in the late 80s with their signature sound already fully formed, a sound that would influence most of the acts to follow them. After their classic eponymous debut album, the Roses took 5 years to get round to doing a follow-up, and didn't stay together for long after its release. Another shame, but one truly classic album is one more than most bands manage.... |
