                          The Truth

The wisdom is that love is blind
So tell me if you can
When last you saw a gorgeous woman
With an ugly man.

They say two wrongs don't make a right
And even though it's true
If someone punched you in the face
Tell me, what would you do?

They tell me that crime doesn't pay
Although I'd have to say
Tell that to those Colombians
Who make ten grand a day.

'The pen is mightier than the sword'
But when did last you see
A man struck down with just a 'Bic?'
You never have?  Nor me.....
