LARRY WILCOX
Mr. Wilcox was born on August 8th 1947 in Sandi ego California. After his parents divorced when he was very young he moved to Rawlins Wyoming to live and be raised on his grandfathers ranch with his three siblings. His father died soon after, leaving his mother to work as a secretary to support her four children. After graduating from Rawlins High School Mr. Wilcox moved to LA to study acting and learn the piano while working at odd jobs In 1967 and almost being drafted Mr. Wilcox joined the Marin Corp Reserve spending 13 months in Vietnam as a artilleryman, becoming a sergeant before his discharge in 1970 and returning to the states to resume his acting studies. Before taking the role Jon Baker in the new hit series "Chips" He was see n on Commercials and in the 1972 remake of the series " Lassie" In 1982 he left "Chips" to seek out other projects, like forming his own production company titled " Wilcox Productions", at the same time he was continuing his acting and directing career. In the mid 1990s he ran a pharmaceutical company " Team Elite" Today he runs " Wilcox Productions and is President of Media Core, a software company that specializes in CD ROMs and Internet Compression Technology. He also produced, directed, wrote and stared in a children’s video " Lil CHP" Mr. Wilcox has been married three times, Judy Vaguer who is the mother of his two older children Derik and Heidi. Annie stressed who is the mother of his daughter Wendy. And Marlene Harmon Wilcox who is the mother of the two youngest Ryan and Chad.
