| In December of 2003, I was employed full time with a large manufacturing company in my area. On December 9th of that year I went into the hospital for gastric bypass surgery. After being off work for seven weeks, I returned to work and was informed that there had been a slowdown, and that my position was being dissolved. At that point I had been with this company for 4 1/2 years. As you can imagine, I was devistated. About a week later, I attended a Home and Garden Party, and fell in love with a pie plate! From there on, I was hooked. I already knew I loved their products, but I was also starting to wonder if this was something I could do. Well, that night I scheduled my own party. By the time that night came around, I had made up my mind. I WANTED IN!! As they say, "The rest is history"! I am now a Master Designer with Home & Garden Party, Ltd. and am enjoying every minute of it! The opprotunity to sell these wonderful products, and to meet so many wonderful people, is a decision I know I will never regret! |
