ABOUT US
My husband John and I grew up in the UK.We emigrated to Australia in 1966 and settled in suburban Sydney When our children had left home we opted for a "seachange" and 9 years ago moved to 6.5 acres at Old Bar on the Mid North Coast of NSW, a beautiful village near the beach and 3 hours drive from Sydney. I bought my first cavalier in 1979 and was encouraged by her breeder to show her. She was a beautiful bitch who quickly gained her title and I was hooked. I have had a fair amount of success,both breeding and showing. I have bred/owned and handled Best in Show winners and I have owned/and/or bred almost 50 champions during the last 30 years. Whilst in Sydney I was involved with NSW Cavalier Club as secretary for quite a while and during that time was intrumental in establishing the Club's heart and eye clinics.I also judge Cavaliers and have awarded CCs both in Australia and NewZealand & I award CC's for the whole Toy Group too. I am still very actively involved with judging,showing and breeding my dogs and frequently travel both Interstate and Overseas in an effort to keep up with the happenings in the Cavalier scene
Besides our dogs we have 3 goats, 6 guinea fowl and 5 chickens.
