METAL Expo
Machining Enjoyment Totally at Liesure
Welcome to the home of the METAL Expo model engineering show. The first show was held  in Sterling Colorado in May of 2001.

The show features all types of model engineering projects: steam, internal combustion, hit and miss, and hot air engines.  Also minature firearms, puzzles, clocks, machine tools, and just about anything that someone can dream-up and build.  We welcome almost any type of project that involves mechanical or other interesting technology, new or old.

METAL Expo II was a great success (my opinion) even though the weather didn't cooperate.  We had 10 exhibitors that did make it and I would like to thank everyone for the effort.  I will try to ge some pictures posted soon.

In the future METAL Expos will be held in February in Sterling in conjunction with the Northeastern Junior College Farm Equipment Club Farm Toy Show.  The show will be in Lebsack Schmidt Hall on  NJC's North Campus, 318 Hagen, just off Pioneer Road on the north side of Sterling.

Please enjoy pictures of the 2001 show listed to the left.

I know this is not up to date but I will try to add more pictures and info soon.

Thanks, Royce
