After readers stormed bookstores nationwide last weekend to obtain the first copies of ``Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,`` the young wizard`s American publisher, Scholastic, has decided to go back to press, nearly doubling the initial print run. Scholastic, which has already put 3.8 million copies of ``Goblet`` into circulation, is printing an additional 3 million. That 6.8 million print run signals a huge increase in sales over the last installment in the series, ``Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban,`` which sold 3.6 million copies in 1999. It also thumps the competition. The only book with a comparable print run last year was John Grisham`s ``The Testament,`` which sold 2.47 million copies in 1999
