Duties: Trained and performed duties as an Antitank Gunner for the T.O.W. (Tubically launched Optical sighted Wired command link guided missile)
as well as driver for the (APC)Armored Personal Carrier.
Assignment; The 1/87th Infantry Division, Combat Support Company, Weapons Platoon, and T.O.W. Section.

Notes In the late 1970's during "Operation Certain Fighter" this T.O.W. Section was employed and evaluated as the US Army’s first anti-tank section to be used as an offensive weapon.Supervisor: Sgt Robert Hawkins


US Army (02/15/1980-01/01/1986) NCO Academy Instructor FT. Carson, Colorado - Primary Leadership Devolvement Course (PLDC)
Pay Grade: E5, Salary: $2,000.00 per month
Duties: Assisted and trained soldiers attending their first leadership course. Classes that are provided by PLDC Cadre includes but is not limited to, Weapons qualifications, Map reading, Leadership counseling, Vehicle maintenance,
Military history, and Defensive driving techniques.
Observe soldiers personal appearance at all times. Verbal commands are illustrated when conducting physical training as well as marching cadence. Evaluated and tested all soldiers to insure each soldier is fully trained both mentally and physically in accordance with the US Army Leadership Standards.

US Army (01/15/1986-06/15/1992) Military Police, FT. Leavenworth, Kansas,United States Disciplinary Barracks.
Pay Grade: E6, Salary: $3,000.00 per month
Duties: Platoon Sergeant responsible for the supervision, scheduling, training, as well as the health and welfare of 40 50 Correctional Specialists. Monitor soldiers performing their daily duties in the U.S. Army’s only maximum security prison. Conduct inspections and random security checks to insure soldiers are alert and they conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Inspect, and document training sessions. Provide, maintain, and upgrade equipment and personnel as mission changes. Ensure procedures and policies are followed and updated

US Army (07/15/1992-06/15/1994) Mental Health Manager Ft. Lewis Regional Correctional Facility (RCF), Washington
Pay Grade: E6/7 Salary: $3,600.00 per month
Duties: Responsible for 4-6 mental health counselors and up to 200 inmates housed in a military correctional facility. Insure counselors are properly trained and have the equipment needed to accomplish the facilities various missions. Monitor counselors and inmates during daily interaction with the guard force. Evaluate and recommend inmate classifications at the monthly security and custody elevation boards. Provide current educational classes that provide inmates with a trade for the future. Train counselors to conduct sessions with an emphasis towards inmate rehabilitation. Prepare inmates being released with the skills needed to become productive members in a civilian community.
