Genei Musou

Natsuki Takuya, Hana To Yume, 5

I should be honest here: I have no idea what's going on here. I didn't read it completely, mostly because the parts I could read were too advanced for me. The story deals very heavily with supernatural and different aspects of Japanese exorcisms and the sort, which makes it very hard to look up. So I definitely wouldn't recommend it for anyone except the most advanced students.

From what I can tell of the story, it seems to have to do with two highschool students, neighbors, bestfriends, and, most likely, lovers. The boy is being trained to be a priest, so we often are introduced with all kinds of spiritual happenings. Anyway, the main characters seem to have been some other people's reincarnations, and now someone is coming back for revenge. But, since it was totally above me, I really have no idea what was going on!

If you want some good news, I'll be happy to say that the artwork is quite pretty! The inner artwork is OK at the beginning, but it gets very pretty as the volumes go on. Also, it has absolutely beautiful covers, with all kinds of nice period clothing and sad faces and stuff. Really pretty!
