| Trust me people, image is not something I pay much attention to. What I DO wear in the way of jewelery and accessories normally holds some kind of specific memory or importance. I don't really care much for fashion, etc., and I just wear clothes which I find comfortable and so on. My favourite clothes at the moment would have to be... baggy cargo pants, and a black tiger shirt. I always prefer boots to sneakers, etc., normally brown in colour. As far as jewelery goes... there's alot of it! LoL. Right is a pic of the necklaces I normally wear these days. The first is a Tiger's-Eye stone in the shape of a heart. I got this my first time in Adelaide - my sister bought it for me. She also bought one for herself, so we both have the same one. I see it as a connection to my sister no matter how far away we are. The second is an Island-blue stone (the colours don't show too well in this pic). This is my favourite colour, and also the colour car I want. I got this one from our local 'Kelmscott Show' a couple of years ago, and have worn it ever since. The third is another Island Blue stone, placed inside two silver dolphins (able to be moved around). I got this from our recent trip to Albany where I went with my Mum, Dad, Aunt and two cousins. The fourth necklace is a stone just like the second (and bought from the same place). This one, however, has air bubbles. This one reminds me of some of my friends from my previous high school, as they always bugged me to wear it. |

| As for my bracelets, there's plenty of them too. On my left wrist, I have my watch, and three bands (two black and one orange). On my middle finger on that hand, I have a silver ring with two dolphins (and no, I'm not obsessed with dolphins) which my Grandad gave me for my birthday(?) one year (size 'R'... I have big fingers!). On the right side... it starts with a gold ring on my ring finger (also with two dolphins) which I got from my parents one year. It came with matching earrings, but they did something to my ears, and I can't wear them no more. The ring's also a bit demented now (originally size 'Q1/2'). The bracelets start with a golden chain given to me by my Mum's friend, Lindy. Her husband committed suicide a couple of years ago, and she hasn't been the same since. He was dying of cancer. The next bracelet is actually a necklace (but I wear it on my wrist anyway). It's one my net friend Mady sent me from Belgium. It's a string of beaded black cotton, and it reminds me of her, and that we've planned to finally meet one day. The next is a set of four bracelets given to me for my birthday this year. They're strings os seed beads, from my Aunt and cousin Julie. Each one reminds me of: 1, my cousin Julie; 2, my Aunt; 3, my sister; and 4, my other cousin, Julie's sister Karren. Next, is three more black bands, as well as a black and a green one intertwined. Lastly, I wear a thick orange band of felt which my friend from dancing (Kelly) made me. She says it took her all of five seconds to make, but it still reminds me of her :) |
