Welcome to the Modern Fantasy Links

The purpose of this page is to provide a comprehensive listing of fantasy resources all around the web, and to provide target advertising to those who run pages about the modern genre of fantasy (a definition that encompasses many subjects and genres, as you will see if you look at our list of links)


How do I join?



Almost any page is eligible. Your page just has to follow one simple rule. That's all!



Your page must have the Modern Fantasy Banner with a link back to the Main Page on it. If you submit a URL to us that does not have the Modern Fantasy Banner and Link on it, it will not be approved. If your page is found without a link at any time, it will be deleted. Our administration and valid members will be looking out for pages without the link and banner. They certainly don't want rogue pages crowding out their legitimate ones. If anyone finds a link without an MFLE link and banner, please send an email to mfle@arwz.cjb.net. It will be deleted as soon as possible.



To add your link to our board, follow the instructions at the top of the page in order to place the MFLE banner and link on your page. Make sure you submit to MFLE the URL upon which you placed your banner and link. If you submit any other URL, YOUR PAGE WILL NOT BE APPROVED. It is wise to place the banner and link on your page before you submit it to MFLE. The second your page is submitted, it is available for our approval. If you submit your page, even with the full intention of posting the link and banner later, it may be deleted from our list of pages to approve before you get the chance.

You need download our banner image to your server. Geocities does not allow image linking. To download the image, please click on the image below with the RIGHT mouse button and choose "Save Image". You then need to upload the image to your own server and enter the correct image path in the Linking code above.



It is to your advantage to submit an email address that you will check often. We recently went through a complete overhaul and when changes are made in the future, you will want to know so that you can continue to get good exposure for your link.

Please do your best to select a proper category for your link. We are only allowed 10 categories, so we did our best. However, if Modern Fantasy finds that you have placed your page in a category that it doesn't belong in, or if another category would fit it better, we reserve the right to switch your link to a different category.

Finally, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE proofread your submission. You cannot go back and edit it, and we do not have the time to edit it for you. You will have to live with what you post, and if your link doesn't work, or you type in the wrong link, your page will be thrown out before it is approved. However, you may reapply at any time.
