Extra Credit Cullinary Assignment

For extra credit, you must select one of the recipes (from your class list).  Then you will prepare the recipe, reseraach the time period of the recipe and present your findings to the class in a 2-3 minute presentation.       If you plan to do extra credit, you must email me with your recipe - you are not assured of the recipe until you see your name beside it.      You must also schedule a meeting with me.  I will not allow you to present to the class until I have approved your information and presentation.       **For an exellent presentation of your research and recipe, I will reward you up to 10 points  on your final exam.  Poor presentations will earn you less points.

Presentations will be on the last day of class.
