| Nogens Pederson and Henning Munz from the World Bank and the Danish National
Society of Polio and Accident Victims (PTU), together with Ms. Venus Ilagan, the National Project Director of Breaking Barriers for Children and president of the Katipunan ng Maykapansanan Sa Pilipinas, Inc.
