| Because of the prevailing high incidence of Dengue Fever in the national scene, the Sangguniang Bayan of Calasiao invited the MHO to discuss the disease itself, the ways to prevent and control the disease and to give updates on the present status of the disease in Calasiao. Several resolutions were recommended and approved to address the Dengue Fever problem. August 2, 2005 |

| One of the barangays most affected by Dengue Fever is barangay Bued. Several anti-Dengue activities were initiated in close coordination with the barangay officials led by Engr. Carlito Dion. Fogging operations were done in the school as well as in local community areas where Dengue Fever cases were reported and investigated. August 4, 2005 |

| Elements from the local PNP force apprehended persons in possession of counterfeit drugs in the jurisdiction of Calasiao. The MHO coordinated with the Bureau of Food and Drug for the proper investigation and disposition of the case. August 5, 2005 |

| The reported proliferation of roadside stalls selling goat meat prompted the health office to conduct spot inspections and required the operators to comply with all the necessary health, sanitation and business permit requirements in order to ensure the buying public of safe and clean food sources.
