Breaking Barriers for Children is a project of the Katipunan ng Maykapansanan sa Pilipinas, Inc.,(KAMPI) and the National Society of Polio and Accident Victims of Denmark (PTU) which aims to uplift the situation of poor Filipino children with disabilities aged 0-14.
For the project's implementation, a Stimulation and Therapeutic Activity Center (STAC) has to be established in order to address the needs of the disabled children in Calasiao. An alliance  betwen the Local Government Unit of Calasiao and the BBC was formed, thus the realization of STAC -11, Satellite Center-1, located atthe RHU-I Building in Calasiao, Pangasinan.
The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the LGU of Calasiao, represented by the Honorable Mayor, Engr. Roy T. Macanlalay, Budget Officer Mrs. Flora dela Fuente, Drs. de Vera and Bernabe  and the BBC Staff, represented by Ms. Chulipa and Ms. Liza Garcia, BBC STAC-11 physical therapist.
