The Strokes have come a long way in their short musical career. It was only just over a year ago they were still just an unknown band without anything. But now they are one of the hottest rock bands of the moment. NME has taken them on as their new favourite band, and other musical magazines have also said how much they enjoy The Strokes.
The only thing The Strokes have been criticised for is the length of their debut album, 'Is This It', as it is clocked at just 36 minutes. The critics have now been silenced though, as Julian and co. are busy writing more songs to be added to their follow up album. |
