Islam is from Allah. The creator and the sustainer of all that exists. As such, it is for him alone to command and direct His creation and He Alone is responsible what He will accept and what He will not accept. It is also for Him Alone to decree what is good and what is bad and He must be the One to show the right path in all things.

Islam is a complete way of life for all human beings. Everything is covered in Islam from birth to death to live in the compelete submission to the Will of the One Who Created man in the first place of all things.

The 99 Names of Allah
Al-Bukhaari (2736) and Muslim (2677) narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the messenger of Allah (peace blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

" Allah has ninety-nine names, one hundred less one. whoever learns them will enter Paradise."
With regard to the words of the Prophet (sm), " Allah has ninety-nine names, one hundred less one. whoever learns them will enter Paradise," this does not mean that He does not have any names apart from these, rather it means that whoever learns these ninety-nine of His names will enter Paradise. This is like when the Arabs say : " I have one hundred horses which I have prepared for jihad for the sake of Allah, " which does not mean that the speaker has only these hundred horses, rather these hundred are prepared for this purpose.

He is Allah, the Creator, the Origintor, The Fashioner, to Him belong the most beautiful names : whatever is in the heavens and on earth, do declare His praises and glory. And He is the Exalted in Might, The Wise.  ( Quran 59:24 )

" The most beautiful names belong to Allah : so call on him by them;..."  (7:180)
It is not possible to perfectly translate the names and attributes of Allah from their original Arabic into English. However, here are some fairly close explanations.

                       1. Allah
                       2. The Cpmpassionate ( al- Rahman )
                       3. The Merciful (al-Rahim)
