| Chunky Kong -You can unlock him by clearing Classic Mode with Chunky's friends: D.K., Diddy, and Tiny. Chunky Kong's moves are relative to D.K.'s. |
| HAG1 -To unlock the permanent metal form of Grunty, you must clear Event Match 26, Tooie Battle. HAG1's moves are basically the same, but with more power. |

| The Enigma -One of the hardest characters to unlock, he is worth the struggle. To do it, you must beat the Trophy Challenge. The Enigma's moves are very powerful, and do a lot of damage. |

| King K. Rool -The ultimate villain can be playable once the Donkey Kong Country challenge has been completed. He is very large and has some powerful kicks. |

| Funky Kong -The cool Kong is unlocked once you play V.S. mode with all the original characters. Funky's moves are made up of mostly kicks and punches. |
