My name is Michael and at 41 years old, I'm in the best shape of my life. I owe it to my commitment to the gym and my supplementation routine. I go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week. I've managed to stay motivated by seeing my body develop. You can do the same thing. All you need is a comittment. Changes will take time, but they will come.

Below I will give you some tips on what I did and my supplementation routine.

  My workout routine varies. I try and change it
             every  4 months currently it is :

Day One - Back & Biceps
Light Back and Heavy Biceps
Day Two - Chest & Triceps
                     Light Chest and Heavy Triceps
Day Three - Back & Shoulders
                     Heavy Back and Heavy Shoulders
Day Four - Aerobic and Stomach
                      1 hour treadmill of cross trainer & 4 stomach
Day Five - Chest and Shoulders
Heavy Chest and light Shoulders
Day Six - Legs
All Legs and Calves 

Each day I start with a 15 minute warmup on the cross trainer and end with 30 minutes on the treadmill or cross trainer.

On heavy days - I do 3 sets            Set 1 - 10 Reps
                                                      Set 2 - 8 Reps
                                                      Set 3 - 6 Reps
Each set is my max weight and go up each set(All I can do to failure)

On light days - I do 3 sets               Set 1 - 15 Reps
                                                       Set 2 - 12 Reps
                                                       Set 3 - 10 Reps
Each set I do a comfortable weight and add more for each set


My supplement routine is:
One serving of a protein drink once a day.

One serving of Cell Tech within 30 minutes after I workout (It's an enhanced creatine drink)

One meal replacement per day

And a mulit vitamin/Mineral with Vitamin C & E. Because I workout hard and am over 35 I take DHEA daily also.

I vary this routine also.
